Description

The ATG400 ultrasonic through coating thickness gauge can be used in three modes; pulse -echo mode for normal thickness gauging without coatings; echo – echo mode for measuring through thin paint layers and multiple echo for measuring through thicker coatings, measuring only the metal thickness.

ATG400 Through Coating Thickness Gauge Specification:

  • Minimum value checking: Move the probe along the surface of the testing material and the ATG400 gauge is able to automatically find the thinnest point.
  • Warning function: If the measured value exceeds the pre-set thickness limit, the warning tone will sound.
  • V-Path Modification: Auto V beam path modification to compensate for the nonlinearity of twin crytsal probes.
